Membership T&Cs

  1. Membership

    1.1. The Company (Small Biz Community) allows the Member (you) to join the Program. The Member's membership cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else.

    1.2. The membership will start on the date payment is received and will continue until either the Company or the Member ends it.

  2. Duties and responsibilities

    2.1. Member's Responsibilities: The Member promises to follow all the terms and conditions for the membership. These include but are not limited to:

    • Respect other member’s rights and abide by any guidelines about the use of shared resources

    • Not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation of the Membership or the Company.

    • Comply with any other conditions outlined in these T&Cs or in the Membership guidelines.

    2.2. Company's Responsibilities: The Company promises to let the Member access the Program and to perform its duties. These duties include:

    • Provide the agreed services as outlined in these T&Cs.

    • Maintain the quality of the Program as promised to the Member.

    • Provide necessary support to the Member as and when required.

  3. Costs

    3.1. Membership Fees: The Member will pay the Company a membership fee. There is an option of two fees: Tier 1 which is £10 per month or Tier 2 which is £20 per month. This monthly payment covers:

    • Cost of Program provision.

    • Support and any other benefits outlined in the T&Cs.

  4. Liability and Indemnification

    4.1. Liability Limitation: Unless the law says otherwise, the Company won't be responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages, including lost profits.

    4.2. Indemnification: If the Company gets sued because of something the Member did related to the Membership, the Member will cover the Company's costs.

  5. Data privacy and security

    5.1. Data Collection and Use: The Company will collect, store, and use the Member's data in line with the Company's Privacy Policy.

    This policy outlines:

    5.2. Data Security: The Company will do its best to protect the Member's data from being accessed, used, changed, or disclosed without permission. It will do this using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

    5.3. Data Breach: If there is a data breach involving the Member's data, the Company will let the Member know as quickly as possible and will take steps to limit the harm caused by the breach.

  6. Cancelling the membership

    6.1. Termination: Either the Company or the Member can end the Membership at any time.

  7. Complaints

  8. Disclaimer

    We will endeavour to ensure that the Small Biz Community is fully operational and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee this. Acts of God, sudden ill health and adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to deliver the product or service. We have contingency plans for such occasions of sudden ill health. Ultimately, we can accept no responsibility for Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather conditions and if we are prevented from providing the service as agreed, then we will offer an alternative option at a later date.
